While still remaining who you are, you can bring about a quantum leap in your awareness, and the sign that the leap is real will be some emergent property you never experienced in the past.

Deepak Chopra

"We shall not cease from exploration And the end of all our exploring Will be to arrive where we started And know the place for the first time."

T.S. Eliot

When you plant lettuce, if it does not grow well, you don't blame the lettuce. You look for reasons it is not doing well. It may need fertilizer, or more water, or less sun. You never blame the lettuce. Yet if we have problems with our friends or family, we blame the other person.

Thich Nhat Hanh

Why does the mind habitually deny or resist the Now? Because it cannot function and remain in control without time, which is past and future, so it perceives the timeless Now as threatening. Time and mind are in fact inseparable.

Eckhart Tolle

People travel to wonder at the height of mountains, at the huge waves of the sea, at the long courses of rivers, at the vast compass of the ocean, at the circular motion of the stars; and they pass by themselves without wondering.

St Augustine

"If I am not for myself, who will be for me? And if I am only for myself, what am I? And if not now -- when?"

There is a saying in Tibetan, "Tragedy should be utilized as a source of strength." No matter what sort of difficulties, how painful experience is, if we lose our hope, that's our real disaster.

Dalai Lama

The mind is a superb instrument if used rightly. Used wrongly, however, it becomes very destructive. To put it more accurately, it is not so much that you use your mind wrongly - you usually don't use it at all. It uses you. This is the disease. You believe that you are your mind. This is the delusion. The instrument has taken you over

Eckhart Tolle

If you have fear of some pain or suffering, you should examine whether there is anything you can do about it. If you can, there is no need to worry about it; if you cannot do anything, then there is also no need to worry.

Dalai Lama

Musicians must make music, artists must paint, poets must write if they are to be ultimately at peace with themselves. What human beings can be, they must be. They must be true to their own nature. This need we may call self-actualization.

Your playing small does not serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.

Marianne Williamson

There are no perfect human beings! Persons can be found who are good, very good indeed, in fact, great. There do in fact exist creators, seers, sages, saints, shakers, and movers... And yet these very same people can at times be boring, irritating, petulant, selfish, angry, or depressed. To avoid disillusionment with human nature, we must first give up our illusions about it.

"Your vision will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes."

Carl Jung

"Do I contradict myself? Very well then I contradict myself, (I am large, I contain multitudes.)

Walt Whitman

About Family Constellations / Systemic Constellations

You fully understand the uniqueness and far reaching impact of Family Constellation work, once you have actually been part of the workshop. Participants often describe that they experience ‘lightness’, ‘an internal shift’, ‘shift within their family or context within which they live/ work,’ ‘a release and flow’ in their lives. These experiences appear to unfold over time consequent to their constellation work.

What is unique about Family Constellation work?

The uniqueness of this method lies both in its perspective and methodology.  Constellation work is holistic and systemic in its approach as we see that ‘the whole is greater than the sum of its parts’.  Eg. the human body is more than just limbs and organs.  Families or organisations are also more than individual members or a number of individual members put together.  All aspects or members work as a system that is linked and interactive.  Our web of interconnectedness goes way beyond our imagination.

Constellations facilitate the healing of mind body spirit and the system or group within which one lives.

Constellation work is transgenerational.  The family or group is a dynamic unit and is affected by past generations.  Sometimes, we carry the shame, guilt, anger and traumas of previous generations and pass it on, usually unknowingly, to our future generations.

Bert Hellinger, the founder of Constellations as we know it, has provided many insights into the influence of individual, family and spiritual conscience and how it works, and the question of what entangles or ties up a person in the fate of another, within the family and beyond.

Every human being is born into a family and shares a bond with everyone who belongs to that family.  The ‘family conscience’ oversees the balance and survival of the family group and the fate of all individuals are held with this unconscious authority.  The family conscience attends to bonds within the system, the balance of giving and taking, the fate of the family members, and the ‘orders’ of the family system.

Hellinger has developed a method of working in Constellations that is truly a ‘hidden gem’.  In Constellations, the entanglement or disruption at transgenerational and intergenerational levels surfaces in the here and now.  The energy field or morphogenetic field in which the work unfolds, reveal the “Orders of Love’, opening the space for balance and harmony.  These Orders of Love appear to be in tune with the harmony of life itself.  In the process of restoring these orders, our heart opens to a new movement that is liberating and healing.  Hellinger refers to this as the movement of the Spirit Mind or Tao. In some cases, the effects of the constellation are revealed immediately and sometimes it unfolds over time.

We have seen the effects of working this way both in physical spaces in a group and also online.  At the beginning of the global pandemic protocols,  Annie felt a greater guidance while developing a way of working online with people representatives and figures.  Interconnection and interdependence came alive as people who believed in this work supported this development.

There are two positions available in the workshop –

The Seeker is the person who brings in a personal issue and the constellation is opened in service of the seeker and the seeker’s sacred system.
The Representative / In the holding Circle place is the person who participates in the workshop and is either called to be a representative in the constellation or be part of the holding circle.
The Representative, is asked to stand in the place of someone in the system of the Seeker, eg mother, father etc. The representative, when asked, may choose to do so or not.
As part of the Holding Circle, the person becomes part of the holding container for the work.
The insights and gifts from this work is for everyone who is open to receiving.
Constellations are a method of choice when
  • you have certain patterns of illnesses or occurrences that appear to repeat itself within your family system.
  • you have persisted setbacks or relationship difficulties
  • you feel blocked in your life with little or no joy.
  • you are caught up in some emotions and unable to clarify.
  • you long for balance and harmony in your life but feel blocked or fragmented.
  • you want a release from some trauma that has occurred in your life.
  • in cases of depression, tendency to run away or suicidal tendencies.

Constellations can also be a method of choice in organisations and core management teams, family run business, and other institutions.
